The opportunity

The role requires someone who can manage several concurrent activities, with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and organizational and time management skills.

Your key responsibilities

It will include

• Work closely with a Senior/Manager in analyzing and interpreting data to maximize opportunities for a zero-defect culture.
• Apply project management concepts to manage engagement delivery.
• Should be able to come up with innovative methods of achieving goals.
• Excellent work ethic and ability to thrive in a time-sensitive environment.
• Facilitate quality improvement initiatives/meetings.
• Identify training gaps for self and work with leadership to bridge gaps.
• Develops and shares best practices with team members.

Skills and attributes for success

Interpersonal Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Tools.
• To qualify for the role, you must have.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience.
• Expertise in relationship building with different roles and levels in the organization.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Knowledge of Blue works Live, Visio will be an added advantage.
