Your role

• Appraisal Assessing the market value of properties offered as security for Loan Land & Building.
• Site Visits Visiting properties to assess valuation and progress of work.
• Documentation Verification of documents like building approvals, plans, estimates, etc. to ensure compliance with applicable building rules and other applicable regulations.
• Recording of site observations and recommending loan amounts based on the assessment made, documents, and site observations.
• Managing relationships with customers and channel partners.

About you
