Your role

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the LPIN and GPIN applications with minimal SME assistance.
• Modifies code, programs, tests, debug, creates RCA, & automation, and helps in documentation work.
• Providing day-to-day production support for applications through bug fixes, change requests, enhancements, data analysis, and maintenance.
• Assist the team in technical and skills development programs.
• Creating RCA documents for the high-priority tickets and proposing the process and service improvements and reviewing them.
• Adhere process documents like Incidentstatus trackers, Timesheets, Root Cause Analysis Documents, Shift RotationMatrix, Issue logs, etc.
• Study and review the systems to improve their understanding of them.
• Identify the cumbersome tasks which require automation and automate them.
• Create an SME knowledge and document repository for the applications.
• Other duties from time to time as determined by the Leads.
