Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, or Hiring managers, understand their needs, and help deliver sourcing strategies that meet the hiring needs
- Source candidates through various channels, including but not limited to internet searches, job boards, employee referrals, cold calling, alumni, social media channels, and other internal databases.
- Attend initial briefing meetings, if required, with the Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the business needs.
- Communicate IQVIA brand’s value proposition to candidates, and help them understand how the organization can assist them to develop as professionals at any stage of their career.
- May provide first level screening and qualify suitable candidates
- Map talent in a competitive and lateral industry landscape, around talent pool concepts, understanding their reporting lines, job scope, preferences, and availability for the next career challenge
- Work with data sourced from third party talent mapping service providers and incorporate it into the market maps for talent pools
- Provide external marketplace intelligence feedback to the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders
- Plan and execute networking events
- Develop reports and regularly provide progress updates and reports
- Undertake appropriate skills training programs, and present “sourcing tips/successes” in team meetings.

Requirements
- Track record sourcing talents in one or more Southeast Asia markets, incorporating mature and emerging countries
- Ability to source, map and communicate with talent at all levels in competitive and consulting organizations
- Able to communicate a company’s branding proposition to talents
- Strong digital, social media, and phone sourcing skills
- Ability to leverage referrals from talents in the market.
- Strong project management skills to deliver market maps on time and scope.
- Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office applications, HRIS applications, CRM, and Taleo Applicant Tracking
- Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to display resilience and creative thinking
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients
