Role & Responsibilities

The role focuses specifically on Fund Services & business analysis needs for Global Bank Loans Administration strategic initiatives. The fund Services business is driving an aggressive agenda to enhance the client experience. This requires assimilating the large number of ideas generated at all levels (primarily by Middle Office, Product development) into a structured framework. The right amount of rigor in documenting/governing initiatives is important to enabling targeted decision-making.

• Understanding the fundamental concepts related to Bank Loans.
• Proven ability to independently identify issues, analyze problems and provide viable solutions
• Ability to grasp/learn new products/processes which are currently in scope.
• Proactive approach with logical & analytical skills
• Aptitude to work with numbers and deadlines
• Excellent comprehension and observation skills
• Ability to review and analyze information from multiple sources and determine relevancy
• Independent and self-motivated with an ability to adapt and be flexible in a team environment
• Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups and client coverage
• Demonstrate creative problem solving and solid judgment/decision making
• Knowledge of the Bank Loans product and process flow will be an added advantage

Requirements And Qualifications

• Ability to ensure deliverables are met/sign-offs are completed on time and accurately
• Perform day to day operations of the Bank Loans team which includes trade capture, settlements, asset substantiation, cash and position reconciliations
• Ensure appropriate break investigation and resolution
• Attend regular group meetings with the managers to ensure constant communication and incorporate feedback
• Ability to follow procedures and established processes to perform varied routine and non-routine tasks
• Responsible for ensuring a standardized and efficient process
• Ensure active involvement in various projects by providing inputs and suggestions
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
• min 2 years of relevant Investment Banking experience

Skills

• Good computer skills including Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills. Communication is key
