About this job role

The Client Reporting (CR) team is comprised of highly dedicated and client experience-focused individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the client reporting for Private Banking, Chase Wealth Management & JPMorgan Securities LLC accounts. The teams in Client Reporting are comprised of: Statements (Quality & Corrections), Checkbook Processing, Factsheet Oversight, and Audit Confirmations. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups including, but not limited to, Client Onboarding, Investors, Bankers, Middle Office, Client Services, and Fiduciary to assist with client requests, inquiries, and/or issues.

The Check-book (Cheque book) Processing team processes check-book requests for the clients as per instructions received from the front office.

Qualifications

  • Graduates/Post Graduates.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent team player
  • Escalate potential issues or concerns to the management team
  • Candidate should possess basic knowledge on different product types such as LLC, Foundation and Trust, etc.
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with business partners
  • Commitment to quality and control
  • Ability to think creatively and recommend/implement process improvements
  • Strong organizational skills to successfully manage multiple tasks at one time
  • Knowledge of Private Bank products/services preferred
