Your role

  • Experience the breadth of human resources strategies at one of the world’s largest financial services firms in this 10-week program. You’ll develop core skills that can be applied across the firm, as you build a powerful network.

Training & development 

On-the-job experience

  • You’ll work on projects in areas such as compensation, recruiting, performance management, and employee relations. Your tasks might include compiling data packages for senior leaders and collaborating on succession plans.

Training

  • The program begins with induction orientation, followed by on-the-job training. Interns also have access to networking, senior speaker, and philanthropic events.
