Your role

Responsibilities:

• While your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the function and line of business, you’ll make a direct impact on our employee programs.
• Projects may include contributing to industry-leading performance management, training, and development programs; working on recruiting and diversity initiatives; learning how to build successful teams; and working with business partners on strategy, planning, and project management.
• You’ll analyze data and present it to senior business leaders, help with program management, and work with businesses to improve training.
• By owning projects right from the beginning, you’ll refine your skills while building your professional network across the firm through mentorships and working with senior leaders.

Training & development

• You’ll begin with a two- to three-week induction training, which provides an overview of human resources and the firm’s business lines, and professional and technical skills development.
• You’ll benefit from continued training and attend speaker and networking events.

Salary & Benefits
