Your role
Responsibilities:
While your day-to-day responsibilities will vary depending on the function and line of business, you’ll make a direct impact on our employee programs.
Projects may include contributing to industry-leading performance management, training, and development programs; working on recruiting and diversity initiatives; learning how to build successful teams; and working with business partners on strategy, planning, and project management.
You’ll analyze data and present it to senior business leaders, help with program management, and work with businesses to improve training.
By owning projects right from the beginning, you’ll refine your skills while building your professional network across the firm through mentorships and working with senior leaders.
Training & development
You’ll begin with a two- to three-week induction training, which provides an overview of human resources and the firm’s business lines, and professional and technical skills development.
You’ll benefit from continued training and attend speaker and networking events.
Salary & Benefits
