Your role

In this role, your responsibilities:

• You will be primarily responsible for processing loan transactions.
• You are expected to maintain the agreed quality for the transactions processed.
• You should also comply with set guidelines, procedures, rules, and regulations; work as a team to achieve SLAs for the process and individual targets; and work towards process improvement.
• Ability to work with limited supervision, receiving minimum instructions on new assignments.
• Ability to work in a team environment and flexibility to work the night shift.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Processing knowledge of Loan systems such as ACBS, and VLS.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

• Graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience preferably in the banking industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act on your own to solve problems and make decisions. Ability to interact effectively with various levels of bank personnel.
