Description
Assist with multiple processes within the CH Business Ops team โ Assist across processes within the Capability Hubs Business Operations team. Specifically, but not limited to:
- Timesheet reporting: Support in preparation of periodic and ad-hoc timesheet reports and analysis (in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint), on a timely basis; assist with gathering correct inputs/drive corrections
- SoW and project code: Support in generating Statement of Works (SoW) and project code creation
- HR-and-system on-boarding, off-boarding, exit process, and headcount validation: Liaise with various teams on completing the onboarding processes for new joiners (onshore requirements); track all exits; validate HC by cost centers and geography every month
- Track compliance and flag concerns/issues: Training CPE credits, and timesheet entries.
- Maintain DLs, seating changes, etc.: Manage the structure of distribution lists; coordinate on seating changes; etc.
Job Requirements
Essential Skills
- Expertise in Excel, including advanced functions such as Macros, and a robust knowledge of PowerPoint and Word
- Expertise in dashboarding tools such as Power BI and automation tools such as UiPath will be an advantage
- Personal drive and positive work ethic to deliver results within tight deadlines
- Ability to work with limited guidance on periodic reports and think through ad-hoc/specific reporting requirements
- Produce client-ready PowerPoint presentations (with basic creative frameworks) and Excel worksheets
- Excellent communication skills
