Employee Vetting & Background Analyst (Start ASAP)

Join KPMG India as an Analyst, focusing on employee vetting and background checks, leveraging global expertise.

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct verifications of credentials provided by clients for candidates or vendors.
• Document verification including government proofs (Aadhar card, PAN card), educational documents, criminal checks, and address checks.
• Perform according to business-specific KPIs for productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain real-time trackers and master logs.
• Complete client engagement deliverables within timelines, adhering to methodologies and ensuring high-quality work.
• Demonstrate the ability to assimilate new knowledge regarding process changes.
• Monitor progress and keep supervisors informed about progress and expected outcomes.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in any specialization such as B.A, B.Com, B.Sc, BCA, B.B.A/B.M.S.
• A Master's degree or PG Diploma in any specialization such as MS/M.Sc, M.A, MBA/PGDM, M.Com.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
