Risk Advisory - Internal Audit Analyst (Start ASAP)

Your role

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Participate in process consulting, internal audits, and risk consulting within the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Services (GRCS) team.
• Deliver high-quality client services consistently.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Demonstrate basic accounting and process knowledge, and adapt to new information.
• Stay updated on advisory services and industry developments.
• Travel to client locations in India and abroad as required.

About you

Ideal candidates will have:

• A basic understanding of process consulting, internal audit, and risk consulting.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analytics skills; knowledge of advanced tools is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Basic IT systems knowledge and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Capability to work under pressure with tight deadlines and challenging client conditions.
• Willingness to travel extensively within India or abroad.
• Integrity, values, principles, and a strong work ethic.
• A degree in BE/B.Tech, BCom, BMS, BBM, or similar, with 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• Certifications like CIA or CISA are a plus.
