Your role
Key responsibilities are as follows:
- Collaborates with the India MCAPS finance team on business finance, statutory and tax controllership, and compliance projects.
- Tracks spending across projects and prepares compliance reports.
- Conducts due diligence reviews and automates reports or builds dashboards.
- Creates internal tools or databases and liaises with the AP team and other stakeholders.
- Serves as the first point of contact for queries related to coordination, expenses, and compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
- Supports documentation, policy adherence, and financial data sharing.
- Engages with team members and participates in team events.
About you
Ideal candidates will have:
- Knowledge of general accounting principles and financial reporting, including GAAP and local regulations.
- Understanding of internal control processes and the ability to recommend improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage detailed information accurately.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Completion of CA Intermediate with at least 12 months of articleship remaining.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite is preferred.
