About this opportunity
- Experienced in Sales operations & Business operations functions
- Experienced in P&L reporting and analysis (Revenue and cost modeling), Sales Pipeline and analytics, Account 360 views, etc.
- Good understanding of Service line business from a Tier 1 organization
- Recognizing, developing, and implementing process improvements within the Sales organization
- Good analytic skills and experience in preparing analytics and data models
- Expert in MS Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word), Salesforce CRM, Power BI, and other tools
- Very good communication skills and Ability to interact constructively with unit heads and sales portfolio leaders
- Maintain a Healthy, Positive attitude and ability to work in stressful situations at times.
- Flexible w.r.t work timings (Would need to support US and Europe sales teams and hence at times need to extend the work hours late into the evening)
It is a plus if the following skills are also there
- Knowledge of VBA scripting, accounting treatments, pricing, revenue recognition is beneficial
- Ability to pick up nuances of P&L impacts due to technology transformation themes like Cloud, IoT, Customer Success and understand skillsets involved with such technology units
