The Security Settlements Control team interacts across all Operations teams to maximize trade settlement whilst minimizing financial, franchise, and regulatory risk to the Firm and Firm Clients. This role is critical within the EMEA Security Settlements Control team in Glasgow and for providing support and oversight of the Vendor teams in Chennai and Nagpur. This involves managing market settlement risk, client money exceptions, and settlement break processes daily to prevent financial penalties from being incurred by the Firm or Clients.
The role is critical to minimize the cost of secured fails in light of new fees and buy-in costs associated with CSDR for Fixed Income Products
