Job description

Operations are responsible for correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying and mitigating operational risk, developing strong client relationships, and partnering with various organizations across the Firm. Background on the team

The Global Operations Workforce Strategy and Governance team is focused on Global Operations CAO support with planning, reporting, and analysis. The primary function of the team is to provide Management Reporting to Operations Senior Leadership, manage Budget, Forecasting, Headcount Management, and Financial Projections for Global Operations, and partner with Financial Control Group to oversee expense management.

Primary responsibilities

  • Drive production of key Operations-wide deliverables including planning calendars, coordination across various data owners, and data quality checks.
  • Partner across the business management community to align on output and ensure proper representation of financial and headcount positions.
  • Support monthly and quarterly Balanced Scorecards for each area in Operations.
  • Support of contingent labor policies governance and control process.
  • Furlough process support and control reporting.
  • Analytical ability to use data to drive strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

Skills required

  • Experience in a financial institution or financial segment of a business. Well organized with high regard for attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong problem solving and data analysis skills.
  • Inquisitive to challenging the status quo & look for opportunities to enhance or streamline processes.
  • Strong client/customer service orientation.
  • Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing is critical.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of advanced features of Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Managing deadlines efficiently.
  • Highly committed and self-motivated.
