Your role
- Support documentation negotiators by preparing amendment agreements and reviewing legal documents for OTC derivatives transactions.
- Participate in global projects focused on risk management and regulatory initiatives.
- Update internal systems with negotiation statuses and manage documentation databases.
- Handle post-negotiation tasks, including document signing and dispatching.
About you
- Law student currently studying in the 2nd year of the 3-year LLB course or the 3rd year/4th year of the 5-year LLB course.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Good team player.
- Strong quantitative skills and a strong interest in business, economics, and law.
- Willingness and ability to provide quality service to the Firm's clients and to promote and enhance the Morgan Stanley franchise.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and the ability to excel under pressure.
- Proficiency and interest in technology and systems development.
- Organized, pro-active, ability to multitask and work efficiently, detail oriented and self-sufficient.
