Operations is the front-line defense of Morgan Stanley’s financial well-being. One of the largest divisions in the Firm, Operations has diverse responsibilities including correctly settling and recording millions of transactions per day, identifying, and mitigating all operational risks, developing strong client relationships, and partnering with technology.
Roles and responsibilities
The Program begins with an induction to the Firm and the division, followed by two weeks of formal classroom training and then continued on-the-job training. Classroom training includes business-specific content, product and market overviews, current events, team-building activities, and project work.
