• Drive retail sales at the store level for a specific category (makeup, skincare, or fragrance)
• Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to sales staff
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Educate our selling teams and account sales staff about the company's goals, visual merchandising directives, and product knowledge
• Maintain optimum stock, updating store manager on the stock levels for assigned category
• Assist store manager on sales report for the responsible category
• Implement visual merchandising for the categories
• Motivate staff and maintain morale.
• Set high standards of integrity, quality, and efficiency of work by example
