Your role

As an Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. Your skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

• Invite and constructively give in-the-moment feedback.
• Share and collaborate effectively with others.
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise.

About you

Requirements:

• Expertise in the use of authoring tools like - Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, & Gomo (optional).
• An understanding of the latest trends in learning technology.
• Abilities to create design elements that convey their brand.
• Knowledge of Adobe creative suite, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of visual design.
• Knowledge of testing the course functionalities, content, and responsivity, etc.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the project development team.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM.
• Multimedia development including interactive learning objects.

Skills:

• Motion graphics
• Audio editing

Qualifications:

• Graduate and above/relevant degree or certification.
