Your role

A career in Learning and Development, within Internal Firm Services, will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to the success of people by developing quality and relevant learning initiatives that constantly improve the PwC experience.

• You’ll help identify and source the best instructors, develop learning and performance improvement solutions across traditional and virtual classroom environments, and consult with other areas of the Firm to ensure their curriculums and initiatives support the PwC strategy.
• As part of this Learning and Development Deliver team, you’ll provide strategic business solutions to the clients through the coordination of market implementation efforts, talent, content management, and coordination with key functions outside of Learning & Development such as finance, meeting & event services, procurement, third party labor, and human resources.

Role:

• Play an integral role in the Assurance of the learning and development team
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling classes, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment
• Liaise with various stakeholders to drive training
• Conducting job evaluation surveys
• Maintaining training records

Your responsibilities

Salary & benefits

About you

• B.Com (H)
• 0-2 years of experience
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• A team player committed to providing high quality and maintaining timeliness
• Demonstrate self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
