JOB DESCRIPTION
- planning CRM Channel campaign Calendar (web push, app push, SMS, email, WhatsApp, nudges, in-app notifications). Planning First referral campaigns, New Product launch Campaigns, Sale campaigns.Segmenting current user base thoughtfully, and designing CRM for different segments, Running CRM campaigns by leveraging RFM segmentation
- Establishing Ground rules on Frequency of user targeting. Creating a complete framework on flows and frequency.
- Taking and achieving targets on the first referral as well as repeat revenue (directly attributable)
- Improving MoEngage metrics (open rate, CTR) and attributed revenue, Improving MoEngage Flows
- Conducting Campaign experiments(Vernacular, different types of content(subject lines, copies) and creative)
- Improving Channel Efficacy, Improving Un-subscription rate and domain health
- Adopting new product features from MoEngage
- Distribution of Traffic across categories. Run Onsite Surveys for categories via VWO
- Handling Creative requirements via Rocketium and Creative Team
Skills: Hands-on Experience with tools like MoEngage/Webengage/Clevertap etc. and MS Excel, SQL(good to have)
