Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and arrive at GTM strategies for new category development - Developing category from scratch and maintaining right pricing for each product in the category - Tracking the performance of each product in catalog & derive actionable to drive growth - Tracking competition continuously & derive actionable basis learning - Collaborate with the marketing and business teams to drive the marketing plans for the category - Problem-solving: Ability to operate and solve for business problems in ambiguous situations, with multiple data streams impacting decision making - Be open to trying any function, from hiring to customer interviews to analytics to shop floor optimization
BTech / BE from IIT, NIT, BITS Pilani/Good engineering college or MBA from Tier 1 college - 2+ years experience whether it be in a startup, consultancy, manufacturing, operations - Have Entrepreneur spirit, consumer backed and structured thinking - Fast Learner and drive to consistently make things better - Self-motivated and High Level of Ownership - Bias for action and hunger for getting things done within deadlines
