Job Requirement
Roles
- Reconcile transactions from the payment gateways against internal reports and RCA unreconciled items. Once RCA has done work with stakeholders till closure.
- Be the checker for transactions routed via marketplaces. Settlements reports from marketplaces need to be reconciled against internal reports and flag odds.
- Working with SCM and logistics to nullify tendencies and to drive cash collection across locations which can be split with our own logistics and 3PL.
- Prepare and publish reports with different channels and call out positions on a daily basis to the management.
Requirement
- Strong in excel and google spreadsheets
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good team player
- Hands-on payment ops experience
