Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP)

The Reliance Emerging Leaders Program (RELP) is a gateway to the young leaders of tomorrow to join us and drive challenging projects across Reliance. The RELP involves a 2 year developmental journey with 2 challenging assignments in the first year and a final role in the second year. Structured and personalized learning interventions across the 2-year program ensures that RELs are groomed to be effective leaders of tomorrow. The program also opens up avenues to accelerated growth and a plethora of learning opportunities across businesses.
