Executive - Export Documents, Post Shipment

Your role

Responsibilities:

• Letter of Credit ( LC) validation and advise the required amendments to Business/Customer.
• Coordinate with Bank for LC  receipt, confirmation, and amendments.
• Scrolling of letters of credit/shipping instructions in SAP.
• Work towards automation and digitization of the export process.
• Ensure adherence to MIS and statutory reporting timeliness and flagging errors in reporting as per defined standards.
• Coordinate with third parties to which assignments have been outsourced.
• Generate Commercial Invoices and export documents set for negotiation.
• Submission of documents to the bank for negotiation.
• Sending copy documents to the customer after receipt of balance payment.
• Follow up with third parties for various certificates.

• Finance graduate

Experience Requirement:

• CA/CWA/CS with 0 to 4 years of work experience.
