Your role

Key responsibilities as follows:

• Assess problem statements and derive insights through industry benchmarking or internal data.
• Recommend and potentially oversee the execution of projects.
• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
• Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders by building trusting relationships.

About you

The ideal candidate should have:

• Working knowledge of software applications like MS-Excel, MS-Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and research capabilities with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
• Enrollment in the first year of an MBA program at a premier B-School.
• Openness to work at a manufacturing location.
• Approximately 0-3 years of corporate experience; open to candidates with no prior experience.
• Completion of Aspiring Minds' Cognitive Ability Test (AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, and Personal Interview.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to stakeholder needs.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both individually and in teams.
