Your role
Key responsibilities as follows:
- Assess problem statements and derive insights through industry benchmarking or internal data.
- Recommend and potentially oversee the execution of projects.
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.
- Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders by building trusting relationships.
About you
The ideal candidate should have:
- Working knowledge of software applications like MS-Excel, MS-Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and research capabilities with a willingness to challenge conventional thinking.
- Enrollment in the first year of an MBA program at a premier B-School.
- Openness to work at a manufacturing location.
- Approximately 0-3 years of corporate experience; open to candidates with no prior experience.
- Completion of Aspiring Minds' Cognitive Ability Test (AMCAT), Group Discussion, Psychometric Test, and Personal Interview.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to stakeholder needs.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to work well both individually and in teams.
